About this website

This website is operated by SMB Accountancy Group Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 16609652), registered office 7 De Havilland Drive, Estuary Commerce Park, Speke, Liverpool L24 8RN. By using this site you accept these terms.

What this site is, and is not

This site provides general information about SMB Accountancy Group Ltd and signposts visitors to the group's member firms. Nothing on this site is accountancy, tax, legal, investment or valuation advice, and nothing here creates a client relationship with the group or any member firm. Accountancy services are provided by the member firms under their own engagement terms.

Information about practice acquisitions describes our general approach only. Any offer for a practice would be made separately, in writing, following our own review, and these pages do not commit either party to a transaction.

Links to other websites

We link to the websites of our member firms and to a small number of external resources. Each member firm's website is operated by that firm and has its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content of external sites.

Intellectual property

The content and design of this site belong to SMB Accountancy Group Ltd or its licensors. The names and marks of the member firms belong to those firms. You may view, download and print pages for your own use; any other reproduction requires our written permission.

Liability

We take care to keep this site accurate, but we make no warranty that it is complete, current or error-free, and we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on it, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
